When completing Part 1 – Internal Planning - Focus Group Proposal, Section E requires you to submit your focus group questions. If you need support drafting these questions, you must do so before submitting Part 1 - Internal Planning.
This request will provide you with up to two 1-hour meetings with a CTL faculty member to help you draft questions.
Questions are to determined and listed in Part 1 - Internal Planning - Focus Group Proposal, Section E - Focus Group Questions. This is to ensure the Associate Dean or approving manager approves all internal planning prior to requesting facilitation from the CTL.
