To export all your mail from your CNC email address please follow the below steps.
Load all of your emails into your outlook
The first step in this process is to load all the email in to your Outlook application. You can do this by following the steps below...
1. Open outlook on your computer and click on the File tab.
2. Click on Account Settings, then Account Settings again.
3. Click on the Change button.
4. Ensure the box next to "Use Cached Exchange Mode" is checked and the slider is set to All. It should look like the below picture.
5. Next click on Finish and then close and reopen outlook.
Once this has completed, please allow time for outlook to download all of your mail. You may notice that some folders do not have all the mail in them, to remedy this, proceed to the optional steps below.
Refresh folders that may be missing older messages (optional)
1. Click on the folder that you suspect is missing emails, then click on Update Folder on the Send / Receive tab in the top ribbon.
2. This will bring in the mail that was missing from that folder. Repeat this process with any other email folders you suspect might be missing messages and allow it time to complete the update. You can check the status by clicking on the Show Progress button to the right of the Update Folder button.
Export your downloaded mail to a .PST file to import into another email service
1. Once you've done all the above steps, please open outlook and click on the file tab.
2. Now click on the Open & Export button, then click on the Import/Export button.
3. Click on Export to a file, then click on the Next button.
4. Be sure to select Outlook Data File (.pst)
5. Click on your email address at the top of the menu and make sure the include subfolders box is ticked, then click Next.
6. Chose a location to store the PST file, then chose the option that you'd like for exporting, most users should select "Allow Duplicate Items to be created" if they are unsure what option to chose. Then click on Finish, your PST should then be created in the desired location. Please allow time for it to create as it does not show you a progress bar.
You can then use this .PST file to import into another mail service provider.
