Go to your desktop and right click any open space that doesn’t have icons on it. Then click on New, then click on Shortcut.

Now paste in the path that the technician provided you into the box that appears.

Click Next, then chose a name for the shortcut and click on finish.

Right Click on the newly made shortcut, then click on Pin to Quick Access.

You will now have that folder appear in your file explorer.
