Description / Summary:

Please follow these instructions to change your CNC Password:
- Navigate to CNC Account Management
- Click "I already know my login"
- Enter your CNC Username and click "Load"
- Click “Change Password”
- Enter your old password in the "Old Password" box
- Enter your new password in the "New Password" box
- Minimum of 12 characters (special characters, numbers, and uppercase are optional)
- Cannot be a recently used password
- Enter the new password again in the "New Password Again" box
- Restart your computer
- Leave your computer at the log in screen for 15 minutes to allow the information to synchronise
- Log in to Windows with your new password
After your password has been changed:
- Update your Wi-Fi password on mobile devices (instructions)
- Update your CNC Email password on mobile devices (instructions)
- Outlook will prompt you to enter the new password
Failure to update passwords on other devices could cause an account lockout.
