Find your CNC Login
If you already know your login
- Navigate to https://tools.cnc.bc.ca/CNCAccount?u=1
- Enter your CNC login and Load
- If your account was found, continue in the Verify Password section
- Otherwise, click the Need to find your CNC Login? link and proceed to step 2 of the next section
If you need to find your login
- Navigate to https://tools.cnc.bc.ca/CNCAccount
- Enter your last name and either
- Student/Employee number
- OR Social Insurance Number
- Hit Find
- If your account was found, continue to the Verify Password Section
- Otherwise, your account is not a part of the CNC network. If you believe this to be an error, please contact the Office of the Registrar or Human Resources to confirm your account details are accurate.
- (Students) Office of the Registrar at registrarsoffice@cnc.bc.ca or call 250-561-5800.
- (Employees) Human Resources at hr@cnc.bc.ca or call 250-561-5828
- Follow the steps in "Find your CNC Login" section above. You should see your CNC Login value with three options (Reset Password, Change Password, Test Password)
- Click the Test Password button
- Enter your (suspected) password into the field and hit Test Login
- If your password is invalid, then you do not have the correct password for your account. It is recommended to "Reset Password Now" using the button that appears.
- If "Password is valid" then you know your valid CNC Credentials! If you are having issues logging into CNC Connect, your email, or any other CNC based resource with these credentials, then the error is likely in the application or service and not your account. Please contact the IT Helpdesk to assist you in accessing services with your valid credentials.
