Problem: Cannot use Microsoft services on the Lab Computer

Description / Summary: Microsoft services are saying that licenses are not assigned when using them.
|

1. Log in to the Lab Computer using your CNC credentials.
2. Open Microsoft Word. You will get a pop-up that looks like this, please select 'Sign in or create account'.
3. Next use your full CNC email (username@cnc.bc.ca) to log in.
4. Once you have entered your password you will get another pop-up for your authenticator.
5. Once you confirm your authenticator you will be able to use Microsoft services!
