Description / Summary: Information on how submitted tickets are prioritized and acted upon

 

Tickets are prioritized by assigning urgency and impact based on standardized criteria. The information you provide in the ticket is how we assign these values, so providing as much detail as possible will often result in a higher priority ticket which will get looked at sooner.

Tickets are done in order of priority and date.
