Description / Summary: Guide on adding Contact Groups to your Yealink button panel

 

 

1. Select the 'People' tab on your phone screen. If you would like to create a custom group just for your button panel, tap the + in the lower right corner. If you already have a group you would like to use or are going to use your Speed Dial, proceed to step 3.

2. Select 'Create new group' to create a contact group or 'Add from directory' to add a CNC contact to an existing group. To add an external number, you must either made or received a call from that number before you can add it to your contacts.

3. Once your group is set up, select the group you want at the top left, then tap the 3 vertical dots and select 'Pin Group to Sidecar'.

Users in the group chosen should now be populating the sidecar buttons.
