Description / Summary: This article will go over the process of submitting a ticket with Konica to order supplies, and to resolve printing issues in your department.

Overview: Konica Minolta printers are supported by Konica directly, and support should be contacted where possible to resolve issues. This could be a hardware fault, lack of ink, etc...
1. Navigate to this link and enter your CNC Email to login with your account:
NOTE: If you do not have an account for MyKBMS, please reach out within your department to see if anyone else does. Please ask this person to submit a ticket on your behalf. If this is not the case, please contact IT Services for an account to be made for you!
2. Once in the MyKBMS Portal, navigate to "Your Assets" and search for the printer that Konica will service. You can search by room number, or the ID on the front sticker of the printer:
3. After finding and selecting the printer, please review the options on the right hand side of the screen:
Service Call is what you will select for printer repairs such as no printing, etc..
Order Supplies is for if your printer has run out of ink, etc...
4. Select the option that best applies to you, submit as much information as possible, and you are good to go! If you require further assistance from IT in regards to printing, please view our Service Catalog for more options!
