Overview: All Staff and Students that attend CNC are given a CNC Email (username@cnc.bc.ca). This allows you to receive communications from the College related to your courses, and other CNC business! You can find more information on your student email at this link, but the below article offers as step-by-step guide on how to access it.
Welcome Email:
1. Prior to accessing your CNC Email, you will be receiving a welcome email to the external email you provided during registration/employment. This will provide you information on your username and password. This information is required to access your CNC Email:
2. Looking over the welcome email, the username that is provided to you is the same as your CNC Email, but you will add @cnc.bc.ca at the end of it when logging in! You will also use the same password that you have set for CNC Connect to access your email.
3. Your welcome email will also indicate that you need to setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA can be setup when you first login to your CNC Email, CNC Connect, or any other service that requires your CNC Email (username@cnc.bc.ca) to access it. Accessing your CNC Email:
1. Navigate to the CNC Email page and select the "Go To Email" button:
2. You will see this page after clicking the button, enter your username@cnc.bc.ca:
and you will be brought to this page:
4. Enter the password that you set from your welcome email (visit this link to set your password) and activate your MFA (visit this link for more information) and you should be good to go!
