Use this form to reset your CNC account password
What information will I need?
You will need to have the following information to submit a ticket:
- Your CNC username and ID number
- Your last name and Social Insurance Number if you do not remember your CNC ID or username
- A current external email address on file with the Office of the Registrar (students) or Human Resources (staff and faculty)
- If your current email address is changed, or you no longer have access to the email CNC has on record for you, you will need to change that first with either the Office of the Registrar (for students) or with HR (for staff or faculty). IT cannot initiate this change on your behalf, please reach out to either registrarsoffice@cnc.bc.ca or hr@cnc.bc.ca, or visit those offices in person at the Prince George campus.
