How to report or block a caller
1. Open Teams and go to your "Calls" tab on the left hand side.
2. Once in your calls, click the three dots next to the number, then chose to either Block or Report the number. Reporting does not automatically block the caller.
Reporting or Blocking?
Blocking a number will stop that person from calling you, it will not stop the caller from calling others. If you believe a caller is malicious or should be blocked from calling others, please block them and report them for the Cybersecurity Team to investigate.
Managing / Unblocking Callers
1. Open Teams and go to your settings page.
2. Go to the "Privacy" tab on the left. Then click on "Manage blocked contacts"
3. From here you can unblock the caller
