Description / Summary: Print files directly from your USB memory stick. Compatible file types: PDF, XPS, JPG, TIFF, PPTX (Powerpoint), XLSX (Excel), and DOCX (Word)

Makes and Models: Konica Minolta bizhub: INFO-Palette series (Model numbers end in 4, 4e, 7, 8, 9, i) and small MFP, desktop / A4 devices.
1. Insert your USB stick into the port on the right side of your device.
2. From the screen select Print a Document from External Memory (Note: this screen takes roughly 4 to 7 seconds to appear, depending on the device model).
3. Select the file(s) you wish to print. For multiple files simply touch the names of all the files you need. You may also select a folder and press Open to search for your file in sub-folders. Press Print.
4. IF desired, select the Print Settings needed from the Function buttons along the bottom of the screen, or select the Application button to show more options. (Eg: double sided output, paper tray, colour/ black& white printing, stapling & hole punching if the optional finishing accessories are installed.)
5. Select the number of copies needed.
6. Press the Start button to begin printing. DO NOT remove the USB stick while the device is retrieving the file from the USB stick (blue circle spinning on the screen).
7. When finished scanning simply remove the USB stick. There is no Eject button.
