User's much already completed the steps to install the printer for PRNP2-370-101BW or PRNP2-370-121C by following this KB article:

Problem:
A recent Windows 11 update does not automatically apply or prompt a departmental authentication to print with the Deanery printer. This article covers the work around.
Description / Summary:
How to do the first time set up to begin using the Deanery shared printer PRNP2-370-101BW or PRNP2-370-121C.
Note:

Procedure:
Find the printer under Printers & Scanner (Either the PRNP2-370-101BW or PRNP2-370-121C)
Click on "Printing Preferences"
A new window will appear, Choose: "Authentication/Account Track..."
Enter your Department name. In this area it should be either:
UTAB
HS2
Then enter your 4-digit budget code as password, then click "OK":
Click "OK" to save changes.
You are now authenticated to use the Deanery printer.
