Title: How To: Change Your CNC Password

Prerequisites:
CNC Account and you know your current password

Problem:
You need to change your CNC Password

Description / Summary:
Please follow these instructions to change your CNC Password:
  1. Navigate to CNC Account Management
  2. Click "I already know my login"
  3. Enter your CNC Username and click "Load"
  4. Click “Change Password”
  5. Enter your old password in the "Old Password" box
  6. Enter your new password in the "New Password" box
    1. Minimum of 12 characters (special characters, numbers, and uppercase are optional)
    2. Cannot be a recently used password
  7. Enter the new password again in the "New Password Again" box 
  8. Restart your computer
  9. Leave your computer at the log in screen for 15 minutes to allow the information to synchronise
  10. Log in to Windows with your new password

After your password has been changed:

  1. Update your Wi-Fi password on mobile devices (instructions)
  2. Update your CNC Email password on mobile devices (instructions)
  3. Outlook will prompt you to enter the new password
Failure to update passwords on other devices could cause an account lockout.
