LinkedIn Learning is offered by CNC to all CNC user accounts, and can be a great tool in developing your skills in a variety of areas. It is focused on developing areas of learning related to jobs such as Customer Service Experience, Business Software and Tools, and Leadership and Management. This article will serve as a guide on accessing LinkedIn Learning.
1. Through TeamDynamix:
This link to our TeamDynamix Service Page for LinkedIn Learning will allow you to access the site.
Select the "LinkedIn Learning" button on the service page, and you will be redirected to login.
After logging in (using your username@cnc.bc.ca email) you can access all available training resources.
Common issues associated with accessing LinkedIn Learning are as follows:
- Incorrect email address (must be username@cnc.bc.ca).
- Site Blocked - Can be caused by numerous things, most common are Antivirus software, rules for the network you are on, or an older browser.
- Cannot login/access resources - Ensure that you are using the correct password (can be reset here) and you are an active student/employee of CNC.
