Report an Internet Connection Problem

What is this?

If you are having trouble connecting to the Internet whilst on any CNC campus, you can use this form to report the problem and ask for help.

What information do I need to complete this form?

• Your location.
  • Which campus are you on? Which building? Which room?
• Method of connection.
  • Are you using a docking station in your office? Wi Fi in your dorm? A computer lab?
• Kind of device you're using.
  • Are you using your CNC issued laptop or computer? A mobile phone?
• A detailed description of your problem.
  • Can't join a wireless network? Have you lost your network drives? Would you like to report a broken Internet port or jack? 
• A screen shot of your whole desktop or screen, or even a photograph if necessary.
