Where can I get help?

Click the "Get Help" button to the right to submit a trouble ticket to IT Services. A team member will reach out with support or to schedule a time to work with you to solve the problem.

What information do I need to submit this request?

• The URL of the web tool you're trying to use
• The name of the software you're having trouble with
• A detailed description of the problem, including your desired outcome. What do you need the software to do for you?
• A screen shot of your whole desktop, especially if you've been given an error code. If we can see what you're seeing, it will help us fix the problem.
