What is this?

Members of staff may use this form to request service to their Teams phone, such as:

• Changing the voice mail message on a shared voice mailbox
• Requesting that members of staff be added to or removed from a shared number or "calling group".

What information is needed for this?

• The user name of the individual to add or remove from a shared voice mail or calling group
• The name of the calling group

Who can use this?

• Members of CNC staff may request changes to a shared mailbox that they're a member of
• Managers, Deans, or their designates may request user additions or removals from calling groups
