Use this form to submit a trouble ticket if you're having trouble accessing Microsoft products, like Office, on your CNC computer, or if the software crashes or gives you an error message.
Where can I get help?
Click the "Get Help" button to the right to submit a trouble ticket to IT Services. A team member will reach out with support or to schedule a time to work with you to solve the problem.
What information do I need to submit this request?
- The URL of the Microsoft software you're trying to use if you're using the web version.
- The name of the software you're having trouble with.
- A detailed description of the problem, including your desired outcome.
- A screen shot of your whole desktop, especially if you've been given an error code. If we can see what you're seeing, it will help us fix the problem.
