What information do I need to use this?
Please familiarise yourself with our IT Standards and Guidelines, particularly the CNC User End-Point Deployment and Evergreen Renewal Standard and the CNC IT Equipment Standard. Our aim is to ensure that all CNC employees have the technology tools that are required to perform their duties, and that each employee (Staff or Faculty) is allocated equipment that suits their need.
To request non-standard IT equipment, you will need:
- Your manager's approval
- Approval from CNC's CIO or designate
- Your department's budget code
- To provide a business case to support your request
- A detailed description of the equipment you wish to order
Please allow for as much time as possible for your order to be fulfilled. Supply chain delays have impacted our asset inventory and we cannot guarantee just-in-time delivery or deployment.
Please note: equipment acquired outside of this process or without Information Technology Services approval may not be supported and may be required to be removed from our network.
