What is this?
Managers may use this form to request access to, or revoke access from shared drives and folders which are required for their member of staff. If you wish to request access to shared mailboxes or distribution groups, please see our email service request page.
What information is required for this request?
- The name, user name, and employee number of the member of staff for whom you are requesting access
- The full file path to the folder to which you are requesting/revoking access
- Date to grant/revoke access
- The level of access permitted for the employee to whom you are granting access:
- Full control
- Modify
- Read & execute
- List folder contents
- Read
- Write
Who can use this?
CNC Managers, Deans, or their designates
