What is this?
We recognize that CNC students and staff may not be able to use the Microsoft Authenticator application on a mobile phone. If you cannot use the mobile application, please request a hardware token by completing a token request form.
How can I use this?
To access the form, please click the red button to the right, and an IT team member will contact you when your token is ready to be collected. You may collect your token from the Media & IT Service Desk in room 2-710 during regular operating hours.
What information do I need to use this?
To request an MFA token, you will need to supply:
- Your name
- Your location
- Your preferred way to collect your token
Who can use this?
Current CNC students & members of staff who have MFA enabled on their account.
