Contractor Accounts Request
IT Services can create time limited accounts for contractors temporarily employed by CNC. These accounts function nearly identically to a CNC employee account and provide an email account, CNC phone number, and access to standard CNC collaboration tools such as MS Teams and OneDrive.
These accounts:
- Can only be requested by CNC Managers.
- Need to have a start and an end date.
- Are limited to 12 months duration (but can be extended).
The request requires the following information:
- Description of who is requesting access.
- The full legal name of the contracting individual.
- An email address for the contracting individual.
- The start and end date they need access for.
