IT Services can create time-limited accounts for students completing their work experience or practicum at CNC. These accounts function nearly identically to a CNC employee account and provide an email account, CNC phone number, and access to standard CNC collaboration tools such as MS Teams and OneDrive.
These accounts:
- Can only be requested by CNC Managers.
- Need to have a start and an end date.
- Are limited to the student's practicum period.
The request requires the following information:
- Description of who is requesting access.
- The full legal name of the practicum student.
- A non-CNC email address for the practicum student.
- The start and end date of their access period.
