Description / Summary: Information on using Auto Answer and what it will do

 

When using the software version of Teams, a new window pops up when you make a call.

If you are calling somewhere that you have to use buttons to select options, you must make sure to use the correct keypad as the original one used to make the call will not work.

In Teams, once you are in a call, all of the options for that call are inside of the new window that is opened. To use the keypad on these calls, click the 'keypad' icon in the top right of the new window as shown below:

That will open up a keypad in the middle of your screen that you can use to select any options or settings required:
