What is this?
Use this form to report a problem with your CNC computer account. Examples of such problems include:
- Password reset
- CNC Connect account reactivation (tax forms, unofficial transcripts)
- Can't log in
- Incorrect Permissions
- Compromised Account
What information will I need?
You will need to have the following information to submit a ticket:
- Your CNC username and ID number
- Your last name and Social Insurance Number if you do not remember your CNC ID or username
- A current external email address on file with the Office of the Registrar (students) or Human Resources (members of staff)
- A screen shot of your whole desktop or screen, including the URL and any error message you have received
