Promotional CNC Event Coordination is provided by Communication Services. Please visit the Marketing & Events client portal to submit a request.(requires employee log in.)
What information do I need for this request?
Promotional CNC Event Enquiries: As CNC events are coordinated by Communication Services, you will need to reach out to them and they will arrange the equipment booking on your behalf.
Students, members of staff, and CNCSU staff must know:
- What equipment they would like to use
- The date and time the equipment is needed
- The date and time the equipment will be returned
- The room number where the equipment will be used
- If set-up, operation, and tear-down by IT staff is required
Equipment available includes:
- 60" TV on an A/V cart with a computer and webcam (2 available)
- 32" TV & Blu Ray player on an A/V cart
- Party speakers with or without microphones
- P/A systems (requires operation by IT staff)
- RedCat voice amplification system
- USB Blue Yeti "Snowball" microphones
- Document cameras
- Small computer speakers
- LCD projector
- "Crash Cart" mobile computer lab (20 laptops in a cart)
- HyFlex classrooms (requires scheduling by IT staff in addition to booking the room)

Who can use this?
CNC students and members of staff may use the Event Enquiry form to request ITS assistance with an event. Enquiries may be directed to Communications Services for coordination as an initial step, prior to booking equipment.
