CNC Staff members may use this form to request a correction to a PaperCut account or request that IT investigate an issue with an account.
PaperCut pay-to-print services are implemented with the primary goals to:
- cut down on paper waste
- reduce our carbon footprint
What information do I need for this?
CNC students will require a PaperCut account containing funds in order to print.
Members of staff requesting an account correction will need to supply the following:
- The username attached to the affected account
- The name and student ID number of the PaperCut user whose account needs to be adjusted
- A description of the adjustment to be made.

How do I get this?
Sign in to your PaperCut Dashboard to view your individual environmental impact, to add funds to your account, and to request refunds for failed print jobs.
Refund requests may require proof of a failed or spoiled print job before being granted.
