Problem:

You have forgotten your CNC Password

Description / Summary:

Please follow these instructions to reset your CNC Password:

1. Navigate to CNC Account Management
2. If you know your Username:
   1. Click "I already know my login"
   2. Enter your CNC Username and click "Load"
3. If you don't know your username:
   1. Enter your Last name and either your SIN or Student/Employee ID
   2. Click “Find”
4. Click “Reset Password” (just once)
5. Within about 15 to 20 minutes, you will receive a link to your personal email address that you provided to HR.
6. Click the link in that email
7. Enter your new password
   1. Minimum of 12 characters (special characters, numbers, and uppercase optional)
   2. Cannot be a recently used password
8. Restart your computer
9. Leave your computer at the login screen for 15 minutes
10. Log in to Windows with your new password

After the password has been changed:

1. Update your Wi-Fi password on mobile devices (instructions)
2. Update your CNC Email password on mobile devices (instructions)
3. Outlook will prompt you to enter the new password
